Food contamination with chemical substances is a critical issue related to public health, affecting both national consumption and food exports. Safety is the only link in the food chain that is non-transferable and non-negotiable. The team led by Professor Franco Pedreschi is applying analytical techniques to identify and measure key metabolites associated with food safety. |
