MOOC

The Universidad Católica, through the School of Engineering, joined the network of universities that form part of Coursera. Through this online platform, the School of Engineering has developed various massive open online courses (MOOCs).

In the course “Decoding Silicon Valley,” instructors Ricardo San Martín and Juan Pedro García provide the best methodologies for innovating in technology. To ensure effectivity, these methodologies have been adapted to fit Latin American mindsets and social behaviors. This course analyzes both the creation of new business as well as innovation within existing businesses.
