The serving Academic Secretary is Professor Vladimir Marianov from the Department of Electrical Engineering.
According to UC policy, the Academic Secretary has the following responsibilities and tasks: serve as a certifying officer for School activities; ensure compliance with existing regulations; certify, record, and accredit any actions requiring such validation; keep minutes for the School and Interdepartmental Boards; organize and keep updated all archives and general documents of the School; and execute any function specifically delegated by the School Director.
