The School of Engineering offers 13 disciplinary majors and 9 interdisciplinary majors, leading to the Bachelor of Science in Engineering. They include Geosciences, Mathematical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and Engineering and Architecture.
Upon completing 4 years with a major and minor and additional requirements, the students will obtain the Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a very unique profile that will depend on the combination of major/minor that each has chosen.
MAJOR: A concentration of courses equivalent to 60 SCT Chile, that conform to a DISCIPLINARY or INTERDISCIPLINARY academic plan.
MINOR: A concentration of courses equivalent to 30 SCT Chile, that conform to coherent academic plan in a determined discipline and add either BREADTH or DEPTH to the student’s chosen major.
