Youth Ministry
The purpose of the UC Engineering Youth Ministry is to accept all those who want to participate and collaborate, creating instances in which the Christian spirit can be shared and grow. This group acts as missionaries of faith within our School, collaborating on activities for the University community in conjunction with the Office of Youth Ministry and Christian Culture of the Universidad Católica.
The UC Engineering Youth Ministry includes students, instructors, and other School personnel that work together on ministry activities held throughout the year within the University community.
Activities
- Campus Missions – permanently
- Mass – every day between 1:00-1:30 pm
- Veneration of Saints – every day between 12:00 and 1:00 pm and Thursdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm
- Confessions – every day between 12:30 and 2:00 pm
- Rosary Prayers – every Thursday between 1:30 and 2:55 pm
- Communities of Life – during the lunch hour and/or after the working day
- Spiritual Guidance – provided by pastoral counselors
- Educational workshops, talks, and courses
- Sacraments and retreats
- UC Service
- Missions
- Large Liturgical Celebrations – held throughout the year, bringing together students, staff, and instructors
